Situated in a natural 2½ acre setting, the campus is an ideal location with ample parking, large lawns, and timbered backdrops to hold special events, a conference, gala, social mixer, or special exhibit in various locations inside and outside the facility.
Iowa Heartland History Connection’s conference and meeting rooms, located in the heart of the campus, offer space for your office, workshops, meetings, and school visits while surrounded in rich and engaging history of the community.
Rental Spaces
Upper Level
The main conference room is equipped with Wi-Fi access, LCD projector, screen, computer, videoconferencing, podium, 16 chairs, six 6-foot tables, and additional tables and chairs to meet your meeting, workshop, or event needs.
One additional meeting room/classroom is available for rental use. It features Wi-Fi access, LCD projector, screen, 16 chairs, four 6-foot tables, and additional tables and chairs, if needed.
Our kitchen, with refrigerator, microwave, sink, tables, and chairs is also available for rent.
The large deck overlooking the surrounding forest is perfect for parties in the warmer months.
Lower level
On our lower level we have one 675 square foot room with plenty of tables and chairs and one small room equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and table space that’s a perfect add-on for extra food and drinks.
All of our parking, rooms, and restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
